WORLD PEACE PLAN

Dear friends.

WE ARE INVITING YOU TO CELEBRATE HUMAN RECONCILIATION AND PEACE ON JANUARY 30, 2025.

The plan is to spread this message as widely as possible until the 30th and on that day, ensure its universal dissemination to start peace, inclusive decision-making, which means disarmament.

Definition and Understanding of Peace

Peace is not (only) the absence of war, as is usually assumed, but disarmament, that is, the renunciation of “ill will,” or the intention and projection of the destruction of the other through weapons, thus inevitably depriving them of freedom, which is to say, of their own will – something we logically cannot accept. Therefore, the mere existence of the weapon, present in nature even before the appearance of humans and to which humanity had to adapt, inevitably places us, against our will, interests, and convenience, in “absolute” war.

Weapons and the State

This intention to kill and destroy is evident in the blade and tip of the sword, in the explosiveness of the bomb, etc., but not, for example, in a kitchen knife or a stone, which, although they could be used as weapons, have no purpose of harm and, consequently, do not alarm us. On the contrary, the intention to harm in a weapon is not abstract or accidental, as is sometimes claimed, but concrete and adapted to the conditions of the other to cause as much damage as possible.

Disarmament has not only been impossible but unthinkable until now, as it can only be universal. Unilateral disarmament is equivalent to surrender, which means continuing to serve the weapon, only under someone else’s control. Although many wise people in the past understood the human condition, the state did not allow the dissemination of this knowledge because, in addition to being unfeasible, it weakened that particular state. This should now serve as a warning to us and make us agile and determined, with the awareness that, just as we share this knowledge, we are carrying out peace, as hesitation and delay could result in the dissolution of this understanding due to the inevitable propaganda for the rearmament of states, as their activity is war.

Humans serve the weapon by being forcibly incorporated into it in the form of an armed unit, a system of total injustice or inequality through its pyramidal structure, the hierarchy, both in the army and in the state, which includes an unequal distribution of means to live. Thus, a chain of command is established, driven by force in a mechanical and inhumane way, as this is the only way to contain the other armed units, also organized relentlessly in this way.

Weapons Determine Reality

Weapons determine reality, but not in the way of an ideological figuration. On the contrary, ideological figurations abstract themselves from reality, particularly from their relationship with the human being, hiding the empathy and anticipation that are common to us and thus showing the weapon as the cause of absolute war. The state needs to differentiate itself to carry out its genocides without questioning them, and it is the state that forces these figurations to be confessed in its schools.

The effect of the weapon is felt or experienced really and directly by each human being, otherwise, it would be ineffective. The perception of the possibility of being harmed or destroyed that the armed unit projects on us leads us to, in addition to confessing these figurations, work, pay fines, taxes, etc. The specific purpose of harm in the weapon makes it necessarily “private,” and therefore everything is private and at its service.

Communication of Peace

It would be contradictory to impose peace by force; peace can only be achieved through free agreement, whose terms are clearly understood. And precisely, both the demonstration and the guarantee of disarmament lie in the need for total transparency and universal publicity to be carried out. Just as ill will or the intention to harm – the weapon – needs to be hidden, cooperation for disarmament and the common good can only occur through absolute transparency and publicity of what is proposed, because this is the only way to know if it is worth freely supporting it now and later at each stage of its implementation. And this is already happening with this proposal for Human Reconciliation or “absolute” opposition to the weapon.

Reconciliation

We need no other consideration for reconciliation than the absolute rejection of weapons or ill will. It is not necessary to determine what we should believe (confess) or how we should organize ourselves, as the inevitable purpose of weapons is to secure and increase that power/domination, both internally and externally, which means arming more and more infinitely. And we all know this because, as long as weapons exist, they are humanity’s greatest production in all times and places, including the future. In the same way, everything else, including human resources, will necessarily remain subordinated to it, and “absolute war” will continue because, given the existence of the weapon, even for a potential “good,” the “evil” must come first, as is the case with private property; only those who have can give, that is, first you take, and then you share.

Only our humanity enables good will. That is why, for reconciliation, we must free ourselves, suspend the “representation” that the state assumes and arrogates to our will, as well as the “representations” (ideological, political, religious) that justify and represent a particular armed unit, state, and alliance against others.

Realization of Peace

The fact that disarmament can only be universal implies universal love, which means, for example, that we all ensure that military personnel maintain and improve their living conditions, but above all, that our projects and resources freed from military use are directed towards facilitating a dignified life for everyone and integrating humanity into a system of cooperation for the common good. This will be a logical or natural consequence, for, except for weapons, everything is intended to serve us, our well-being, to improve us, to empower us, and increase our capabilities, thus creating and fostering harmony and common sense among us. And likewise, living together, we will persuade and help each other to behave and use resources according to the common interest. Our relationship is inclusive and impartial, so everyone cooperates in disarmament and for the common good according to their abilities and position, and those who know, teach.

With human reconciliation, the ultimate guarantor of people’s current rights transcends states; it is Humanity, whose common commitment is to provide peace, security, and well-being for all, so that no one is harmed, forced, or deprived against their will of something they now possess, which would be a violation and therefore contrary to disarmament. But disarmament is the same as voluntary cooperation for the common good, and without the manifestation of that good will, there can be no good. We must understand that ill will is our starting point since it is imposed on us due to the existence of the weapon. Consequently, good will cannot be indifference or inaction; it must manifest, act, and that good will is cooperation for disarmament by each one according to their abilities. Thus, there is no good will if this message is not shared.
