it is simply a proposal of friendship that asks to be shared with all humanity. For we all know that good is helping and evil is harming, and that what we all want and what benefits us all is good.<\/p>\n<p>But to help or cooperate, we need everyone&#8217;s agreement, because, however strange it may seem, otherwise we also contribute to harm. Given the state of violence in which we live, everyone&#8217;s priority and urgency is security, and therefore, this help will only serve to further develop the weapon of the person receiving it, or to increase your property, your money, which is also taking, or, in any case, to make others poorer in comparison\u2026<\/p>\n<p>It is clear that we all need the means to live, and for this we each work and strive, but friendship transcends self-interest and is therefore our means to reach a prior agreement for everyone to achieve the good, to be able to help and cooperate with each other for the common good.<\/p>\n<p>This prior agreement is the cessation of evil for all at once; it is the cessation of the use and development of weapons that attempt to subjugate others and prevent being subjugated, since the mere existence of weapons is the cause of this violent situation among humans.<\/p>\n<p>The proof and guarantee of friendship is to recognize and speak at least this truth, since recognizing and speaking the truth is incompatible with evil and necessary to eliminate it. And it is also necessary to publicize the proposal of friendship, because without it, evil is accepted.<\/p>\n<p>That is why we have created these groups to express the truth and provide a platform for publicizing our proposal of friendship, which we invite you to join if you are not already a member, or to invite people you know to join. I believe that if we persevere and confidently expand our circle of friends one person at a time, we won&#8217;t need to extend our friendship to each individual individually. Our proposal will gain enough traction to be shared through other channels beyond our own, and the world is small and interconnected enough that our message will reach all of humanity. It has been known and understood in all cultures, even those historically isolated from one another. We find evidence of this in the so-called Golden Rule, &#8220;treat others as you would like to be treated,&#8221; and the Silver Rule, &#8220;do not do to others what you would not want them to do to you,&#8221; which both appear in a wide variety of civilizations.<\/p>\n<p>Indeed, this is a certainty. If I twist your ear, it hurts; and precisely, in fact, if someone twists another person&#8217;s ear, it&#8217;s usually because they know it hurts, and that&#8217;s why they can force you to do something\u2014this is the simplest example.<\/p>\n<p>Another example among many others is a well-known saying by Rousseau: &#8220;Once a society was organized hierarchically, all humans must organize in this way because either they are absorbed by it or they can only avoid it by organizing themselves in the same way.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Common sense (also called Logos), therefore, is something different from figurations (ideology and science, this last linked to mathematics) or myths (religion), which are specific to each culture and require instruction and learning because they cannot be based on common sense.<\/p>\n<p>But, in general, the Logos or common sense, as the ancient sages in both the East and the West have already stated, points to the following, which is what interests us:<\/p>\n<p>1. Cooperation for the common good is logically beneficial for everyone. Harm\u2014intended damage\u2014provokes reaction and destruction, violence, and waste serve no one. And there is no middle ground: given limited resources, simply not cooperating already causes harm.<\/p>\n<p>2. The shift from violence -caused by exclusive decision making of the past- to cooperation cannot be unilateral\u2014as such initiative must also have needed to be in the past\u2014because it would not only fail to achieve its goal but only causes disadvantage and submission. This is why the figurations and myths of states have historically obscured the Logos, especially today, when the state is totalizing.<\/p>\n<p>3. For harm to cease universally and simultaneously, this is; the cessation of the use, production, and development of weapons, and for cooperation to begin in the same universal and simultaneous way, it must first be <strong>COMMUNICATED universally<\/strong> -something we can do today. And this is made possible precisely by the <em>logos<\/em>\u2014our shared human understanding and common sense. The state has no <em>logos<\/em>, that&#8217;s why this initiative was created and that&#8217;s why your help is needed<\/p>\n<p>Do you understand? Of course\u2014because it is logical. So now you know.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The only thing that justifies (and causes) our will\u2014and, logically, our supreme effort to kill (others)\u2014is our separation (into states\u2014armed units), and that is the human basic problem, as common sense logically understands it, and not something else, as we are constantly and fantastically told.<\/p>\n<p>And the solution to this basic problem is human unity. But we have to share this aim with others and no longer remain silent, because the state itself doesn&#8217;t make it public.<\/p>\n<p>Common sense is truthful and objective; everyone knows it, and yet we deny it to ourselves: International law and the UN are based on the sovereignty of states\u2014that is, on their freedom to arm themselves and threaten others. That is denying common sense\u2014not that common sense doesn&#8217;t exist. This violence obliges us to organize ourselves through violence\u2014through hierarchical chains of command (armies, States)\u2014to ensure obedience to the homicidal and harmful purpose.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1221\" data-end=\"1463\">3\ufe0f\u20e3 <strong data-start=\"1225\" data-end=\"1295\">But today, with all humanity in contact, goodwill is now possible:<\/strong> we can propose human coexistence or human unity. Only now can our will be free (human, not conditioned or manipulated by the State) and capable of universal resonance.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1465\" data-end=\"1719\">4\ufe0f\u20e3 <strong data-start=\"1469\" data-end=\"1535\">To propose (to demand of ourselves) coexistence or human unity<\/strong> is to propose (to demand) the (agreed) cessation of harm\u2014ceasefire and the production and development of weapons; that is, the end of institutionalized ill will. That alone is enough.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1721\" data-end=\"2119\">5\ufe0f\u20e3 <strong data-start=\"1725\" data-end=\"1766\">Then resources and will are liberated<\/strong>\u2014that is, goodwill arising from the natural and logical convenience of each and every one (even more so when we understand that the alternative is the uncontrollable and infinite weapon). This remains true even if, at first, institutional support and mutual assistance could be needed due to the atavistic and irrational fears that have been instilled in us.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_toggle][et_pb_toggle title=&#8221;CALL TO HUMANITY&#8221; we understand one another by putting ourselves in the other\u2019s place, and therefore we cannot deceive ourselves\u2014or them\u2014about this.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"644\" data-end=\"1153\">Let us open our eyes and be sincere: only <strong data-start=\"1046\" data-end=\"1059\">good will<\/strong>\u2014the will to cooperate for mutual and common benefit, and to refuse harm\u2014can lead us to peace.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1155\" data-end=\"1814\">Now then, and this is decisive, good will is not the result of heroic effort or individual virtue, but something natural.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1155\" data-end=\"1814\">A child is born without a determined will; it receives it from its parents and environment, from example and from others\u2019 judgment.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1155\" data-end=\"1814\">Likewise, personal good will is not enough: we are often forced not to have it, the clearest example being war, where however much we may desire the good, we find ourselves compelled to kill the enemy.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1155\" data-end=\"1814\">Individual good will does not liberate the human being; it is <strong data-start=\"1679\" data-end=\"1696\">the community<\/strong> that educates, guides and sustains him in the good (or toward evil, as happens now as a consequence of our division).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1816\" data-end=\"2550\">The <strong data-start=\"1820\" data-end=\"1845\">cosmopolitan politics<\/strong> we propose is the rational proposal, demonstration and persuasion of all human beings that the correct politics is <strong data-start=\"1961\" data-end=\"1984\">universal good will<\/strong>, which is also human coexistence or unity, since the latter leads to it by its own logic.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1816\" data-end=\"2550\">At present, no one considers it evil to work for killing or to seek ways to increase the capacity for harm\u2014though there is already enough to cause our extinction\u2014but if we lived together, we would see that it is evil, as it obviously and truly is, and as each of us already sees and knows.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1816\" data-end=\"2550\">Moreover, that common interest leads us to persuade and help one another toward the good, in contrast to the learning and reaction to harm and violence that are now necessary to us.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2552\" data-end=\"2555\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"2557\" data-end=\"2572\"><strong data-start=\"2561\" data-end=\"2572\">Mission<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2574\" data-end=\"3189\">Before us lies a universal, public and verifiable turning point: the moment when the State renounces its sovereignty in favour of humanity.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2574\" data-end=\"3189\">That instant will be when States cease their service to the Weapon\u2014stop its production, research and deployment\u2014and, of course, declare a <strong data-start=\"2854\" data-end=\"2867\">ceasefire<\/strong> wherever it is taking place.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2574\" data-end=\"3189\">It will be the moment when the human will is recognized as such and the purpose of harm ceases.<br data-start=\"2994\" data-end=\"2997\" \/>This point marks the liberation from the (mutual) conditioning that weighs upon everyone.<br data-start=\"3086\" data-end=\"3089\" \/>From that moment, <strong data-start=\"3107\" data-end=\"3141\">cooperation for mutual benefit<\/strong> will be the logical consequence of our freedom.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3191\" data-end=\"3778\">Once freed from fear and threat, the policies of the States themselves, without the priority of defence, will naturally become <strong data-start=\"3318\" data-end=\"3370\">cooperation for the well-being of their citizens<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3191\" data-end=\"3778\">And cooperation is more effective when it is more inclusive; therefore, the best cooperation is <strong data-start=\"3470\" data-end=\"3495\">universal cooperation<\/strong>, the inclusion of all in one community.<br data-start=\"3535\" data-end=\"3538\" \/>This implies <strong data-start=\"3551\" data-end=\"3574\">gradual disarmament<\/strong>, the <strong data-start=\"3580\" data-end=\"3606\">dismantling of borders<\/strong>, the <strong data-start=\"3612\" data-end=\"3654\">disappearance of property as exclusion<\/strong>, the <strong data-start=\"3660\" data-end=\"3704\">provision of dignified living conditions<\/strong>, and the <strong data-start=\"3714\" data-end=\"3777\">direct integration and communication among all human beings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3780\" data-end=\"3783\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"3785\" data-end=\"3799\"><strong data-start=\"3789\" data-end=\"3799\">Values<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3801\" data-end=\"4230\">We appeal to common human sense, which allows us to put ourselves in the other human being&#8217;s place as such human, and to value things and objects for their use (which we understand by virtually relating them to the body, also indistinct). And we refrain from other references, such as ideologies, religions, or confessions that divide us.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3801\" data-end=\"4230\">We appeal to and invite all human beings to adhere to that foundation and to refrain from any other reference in order to cooperate in this task.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4232\" data-end=\"4622\">We have good will only when it manifests itself in benefiting others, although we understand that any benefit that is not universal may harm third parties, making them poorer and more defenceless.<br data-start=\"4428\" data-end=\"4431\" \/>Therefore, the test of good cooperation is that which leads to <strong data-start=\"4494\" data-end=\"4509\">disarmament<\/strong>, and for that reason our good will is, above all, the search for and proposal of <strong data-start=\"4591\" data-end=\"4621\">human coexistence or unity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"4624\" data-end=\"4627\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"4629\" data-end=\"4657\"><strong data-start=\"4633\" data-end=\"4657\">Operative Principles<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"4659\" data-end=\"5177\">We know that peace is human coexistence or unity, but it is also\u2014and therefore its path\u2014everything that eliminates the necessity of evil, of bad will or the purpose of harm, of the weapon itself; He flourished during the period known as the Hundred Schools of Thought. The <em>Mozi<\/em> is an anthology of writings traditionally attributed to Mozi and his followers. But when it comes to the great unrighteousness of attacking states, they do not know that they should condemn it. On the contrary, they applaud it, calling it righteous. And they are really ignorant of its being unrighteous. Hence they have recorded their judgment to bequeath to their posterity. If they did know that it is unrighteous, then why would they record their false judgment to bequeath to posterity? Now, if there were a man who, upon seeing a little blackness, should say it is black, but, upon seeing much, should say it is white; then we should think he could not tell the difference between black and white. If, upon tasting a little bitterness one should say it is bitter, but, upon tasting much, should say it is sweet; then we should think he could not tell the difference between bitter and sweet. Now, when a little wrong is committed people know that they should condemn it, but when such a great wrong as attacking a state is committed people do not know that they should condemn it.
