First, we must achieve ceasefire by raising the white flag and inviting all the people in the two sides of the conflict to give a chance to peace. Peace is unity, inclusive decision-making, because united we avoid and prevent (mutual) harming purposes and put a definitive end to war, cooperating only for common good.<\/p>\n
The current exclusive decision-making system, and along with it the activity of the armed units (states), seeks necessarily and constantly to improve its destruction power and prevent others from improving it by mutually undermining and destroying each other. So that the only way for us humans to stop harming ourselves is to put all arms under a single command.<\/p>\n
Therefore, I, Manuel Herranz Martin, am assuming this responsibility and asking everyone for a vote of confidence, which is also a vote of confidence in our humanity and in the whole Humanity, because arms\u2019 unity means, no more and no less, than they cannot longer be used, managed by force -their acting against each other- and, therefore, the consequence of it is ceasefire, to be followed by a Universal Assembly or World Congress on Human Unity<\/p>\n
I am hereby asking for your support, for you to spread this proposal, for your contribution to achieve this aim and for your practical cooperation. If you are in a conflict area, or you can communicate with the people there, or you are ready to go there in a mission, here is the place where to openly organize our action, always transparent, always under the scrutiny and judgement of each person.<\/p>\n

Mostramos la bandera blanca requiriendo el alto el fuego para dar ocasi\u00f3n a la paz que es la unidad o toma de decisiones incluyente, pues unidos evitamos y prevenimos el prop\u00f3sito de da\u00f1o (mutuo), que ser\u00eda el absurdo de hac\u00e9rselo uno a s\u00ed mismo, y acabamos definitivamente con la guerra para cooperar solo por el bien com\u00fan.<\/p>\n
Mientras que, por el contrario, la actual toma de decisiones excluyente y con ella la acci\u00f3n incesante de las unidades armadas (estados) es necesariamente aumentar su capacidad de destrucci\u00f3n e impedir que otros la aumenten, mediante el socavamiento y destrucci\u00f3n mutua. De modo que la \u00fanica manera de que los humanos dejemos de da\u00f1arnos a nosotros mismos es poner a todas las armas bajo un mismo mando.<\/p>\n
Por ese motivo, yo, Manuel Herranz Mart\u00edn, asumo esa responsabilidad solicitando a todos ese voto de confianza, que es tambi\u00e9n un voto de confianza en nuestra humanidad y en toda la Humanidad, pues la unidad de las armas significa ni m\u00e1s ni menos que ya no se pueden usar, gestionar con la fuerza -la acci\u00f3n de una contra otra- y, por tanto, su consecuencia es el alto el fuego, que da lugar a una Asamblea o Congreso Universal de Unidad Humana.<\/p>\n
