Clarification

You are invited to a Humanity Reconciliation Day or Festival on November 16, 2024, for which we ask for your cooperation in any way you can, so if you have any initiative, please contact us. It will be the day of the consummation of time.

Because the origin or source of the good is universality, inclusiveness (in Chinese 兼 jian), while partiality or one-sidedness (exclusion, 别 bie) is the origin of evil, as seen clearly by Eastern and Western cosmopolitans without any communication between them. Mòzǐ expresses it this way:

“Suppose a man enters another man’s orchard and steals his peaches and plums. Upon hearing it the public will condemn it; If they catch him, they will punish him. Why? Because he harms others to benefit himself. But when it comes to the great attack of the States, they do not know that they must condemn it and they applaud it, calling it fair. Can you say that this is knowing the difference between fair and unfair? If there was a man who saw something a little dark and he would say that it is black, but when he saw something very dark he would say that it is white; we should think that he does not know how to distinguish between black and white. (Book V – Against Offensive War)

But this understanding was not enough for peace or inclusiveness, which was again attempted to be established through religions or ideologies, such as Christianity, Islam, communism, democracy, , figurations which need leaders or guides and have to be taught (actually imposed by the state), since they are not based on natural common sense like that of cosmopolitans. And this is because authority must be confessed, while basing human relations on figurations or beliefs is really an obstacle to peace, as Socrates saw it, and that is why Kant affirms that the proof of the search for the common good is the publicity of decision-making in contrast with state´s secrecy.

But The Quixote shows us that exclusion (and with it concealment and deception) is, in fact, the form of relationship of the weapon with itself to which humans are enslaved, since the weapon is used to kill or harm the other its purpose cannot be declared and the only peace that its existence admits is to put everything under its hierarchical domain and this is manifested by the confession. While the actual human peace or inclusiveness is disarmament, whose expression and means in The Quixote is the white flag.

Thus, human reconciliation is ceasefire and stopping the development and expansion of the arm. The Reconciliation Day serves to ensure the universal dissemination of that understanding and proposal and is also a call for a human body for the coordination of disarmament, but also this knowledge can and must serve NOW as a means of understanding for the ceasefire of those who are at war, such as many parts of Africa, Gaza and Ukraine. Join us!

Whoever has doubts or wants to refute it, should speak out publicly, but to refuse it assuming that we are only part of an armed unit and only its leaders should make peace is absurd as well as useless. We just do not have the means for spreading our message, just the knowledge and the will but we feel it within our reach since it can only be done together and we are already together.

PEACE PROPOSAL
AND COOPERATION TO EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS
Peace, if true, obviously cannot be forced or imposed, it must be established as an agreement based on a public proposal. This is the case of this one and so it is also new in it to address the people and not (only) the states. And what follows now is that accepting it means sharing it, since it would be contradictory to support it and deny publicity to it which is the means for bringing it to reality. And a good channel are the educational institutions due to their reflective and universal nature.
This peace proposal is at the same time a call or invitation to a Day of Celebration of Humanity´s Reconciliation on November 16, 2024, in which the human will for peace is unanimously manifested and a Congress of Humanity is convened for 2025. The Congress will replace unilateral decision-making and threat as the way of human relationship by inclusive, public decision-making that is open to the judgment and participation of all, in this way preventing and avoiding harming purposes, which is the cause of deception and harm, and dealing only with common good. Here follows the argument and proposal:
1. Violence is the effect of (the existence of) the weapon, an object that becomes an army, and whose purpose is to kill and harm (obviously only the others), and death is only avoided with submission or by joining another army that confronts the first one and those armies determine each other dynamically to increase their destructive power and their alliances as much as they can to defend themselves from each other and also to limit and, if possible, disarm o destroy the other’s weapons, resources – which is to wage war, because the weapon leaves us humans no other alternative than to subdue or to be subdued.
2. Therefore, peace is not just the eventual absence of war or mutual destruction, but the cessation of the intention of harming. Let us not deceive ourselves, the intention of harming is harming for humans. In the past, in an unknown and incommunicado world, it was inevitable, since a unilateral attitude of defenselessness, an unarmed position is equivalent to defeat. However, today we can, we must, and we hereby propose to reset our relationship by agreeing to the cessation and renunciation of all harming intention way of using inclusive decision-making.
3. This human unanimity against the weapon identifies our interest with that of Humanity, because, in the same way that a single weapon inevitably results in all the weapons in the world and enslaves all human beings, only an universal agreement results in the cessation of the intention of harming, in our universal liberation, and the use of resources, which now serve the armies, for human benefit. For example, the cessation of the development and production of weapons would release in one year $2.5 trillion, and this amount is a common good, since nobody or no part unilaterally could achieve it and only an universal agreement can make it. And that liberation and release of resources that occurs just with stopping weapons development is a trifle compared to proper disarmament which is the means, way or path to the human community.
This document is aimed at everyone but specially to educational institutions, both universities and secondary education, so that they can subscribe and support it by sharing it, making it public among students and coordinating with other centers in their country and to some centers in other countries for them to do the same there. In this way we can share this proposal with the whole world and achieve peace and celebrate Humanity´s reconciliation on November 16 this year.

PLAN DE PAIX MONDIALE EN 2024

La paix est vivre ensemble au lieu de continuer à être divisé en unités armées ou en États souverains prenant des décisions unilatérales qui conduise inexorablement à la confrontation. C’est pourquoi nous vous invitons, ainsi que le monde entier, à célébrer le 16 novembre 2024 une Journée de l’humanité pour exprimer notre décision de vivre ensemble en paix. Maintenant est toujours l’État qui diffuse l’information selon son alignement et son idéologie, par conséquent, je vous en supplie vivement et s’il vous plaît, aidez-nous à diffuser cet appel de l’humanité à l’Humanité. Je pense que ces quelques lignes qui suivent suffisent à notre compréhension, merci donc de partager ce message, de préférence par email avec copie à info@human-unity.org et ainsi nous pourrons savoir qui est prêt à coopérer les prochaines étapes et ce sera témoignage de l’attitude de chacun lorsqu’il sera défié pour la paix.

La violence est la forme de relation humaine généralisée via la menace de soumission ou de mort, l’effet (de l’existence) de l’arme, un objet à tuer – évidemment aux autres, ce qui nous oblige tous à la développer autant que possible et à la saper et, éventuellement, détruire celui de l’autre, c’est faire la guerre. La paix n’est donc pas l’absence momentanée de guerre mais la liberté, la cessation de la menace ou, plus précisément, le désarmement, dont la condition est l’inclusivité ou l’universalité de la volonté de coexister en paix, de sorte que l’arme aboutit à l’absurdité d’être un objet de tuer ou de se faire du mal un à soi-même ou dans lequel la destruction mutuelle est une autodestruction, etc. Une outre démonstration est que le soi-disant « dividende de la paix » est indivisibles ; les économies en matière d’armement ne peuvent être réalisées qu’ensemble et sont impossibles séparément, et la conséquence finale du désarmement est le plus grand bien, la communauté humaine.

Le 16 novembre, les humains sont invités à exprimer leur volonté de coexister en paix, mais désormais nous assumons la responsabilité de la suspension de tout développement et activité avec l’arme pour cette date dans la conversation avec les autres, car c’est l’arme qui réellement nous divise et ce n’est qu’avec l’arme en suspens que nous pourrons, le même jour du 16, convoquer également la célébration en 2025 d’un Congrès de l’humanité responsable du désarmement et de la sécurité humaine commune et qui applique la justice en récompensant ceux qui contribuent le plus à la bien commun. Nous proposons donc que 2,5 billions de dollars d’économies sur les armes en un an soient distribués à ceux qui diffusent cette proposition de coexistence pacifique, y compris les sponsors du Festival et du Congrès, même si nous comprenons que sans l’effet des armes, la coexistence nous amène à assumer les intérêts de l’humanité comme étant les nôtres sans aucune autre incitation.

Nous invitons désormais tous les conseils municipaux, universités et établissements d’enseignement secondaire du monde entier à se déclarer Amis de l’Humanité en soutenant la Fête de l’Humanité et en invitant leurs homologues. Le système actuel de menace en tant que mode de relation humaine est remplacé par la publicité des prises de décision maintenant que nous avons obtenu un impact mondial, afin qu’elles soient laissées au jugement et participation de chacun, depuis l’épreuve d’une bonne volonté, celle qui recherche le désarmement ou le bien commun, est que la publicité est son moyen ou sa ressource pour y parvenir. 2024 WORLD PEACE PLAN

To be in peace means living together instead of going on divided into armed units or sovereign states making unilateral decisions which, inexorably, lead to confrontation. Therefore, we invite you and the entire world to celebrate a Humanity Day on November 16, 2024, in which to express our wish and decision to live together in peace. But now it is still the state that spreads information according to its alignment and ideology, therefore, I strongly beg you and ask you, please, help spread this call from humanity to Humanity. I think that these following few lines are enough for our understanding, therefore, please share this message, preferably by email with a copy to info@human-unity.org and so we will know who is willing to cooperate for the next steps and it will be a record of the attitude of each one when questioned about peace.

Violence is the general form of human relationships based on the threat of submission or death or harm, which is the effect (of the existence) of the weapon, an object to kill – obviously to kill or harm others, which forces us all to develop it as much as possible and to undermine and, eventually, to destroy that of the other, this is; to wage war. Therefore, peace is not the possible momentary absence of war, but the cessation of the mutual threat, freedom, or, specifically, disarmament, whose condition is the inclusiveness or universality of our will to coexist in peace, in this way the weapon turns out the absurd object to kill or harm oneself or by which mutual destruction is self-destruction, etc. Another demonstration is that the so-called “peace dividend”, this is, for instance, saving the expenditure on weapons, can only be achieved by all together, and is impossible to be achieved by the parties separately, and the consequence of full disarmament is the greatest good, the human community.

On November 16th, all humans are invited to express our will to coexist in peace. But from now we work on the suspension of all weapons’ development and activity, ceasefire, in peace conversation with the others, since the weapon is what divides us. Only with the weapon on hold will we be able to call on that day for the celebration of a Congress of Humanity in 2025, which will be responsible for disarmament and common human security. The Congress applies also human justice by rewarding those who contribute the most to the common good and so we propose that $2.5 trillions of savings of expenditure on weapons in one year be distributed among those who work for peace, unity, including the reward for sponsors of the Festival and Congress, although we understand that without the weapons’ effect, coexistence leads us to assume the interest of Humanity as our own without further incentive.

We now invite all City Councils, Universities and Secondary Education Institutions around the world to declare themselves Humanity´s Friends by supporting the Humanity´s Day Festival and inviting their counterparts to celebrate it too. We are replacing the current system of threat as the mode of human relationship by public or inclusive decision-making, so that every decision is exposed to everyone’s judgment and participation, since the test of a good will, the one that seeks common good -disarmament- is its publicity as its only means or resource to achieve it. (There are many signs from History about our moment, but here I particularly invite you to read the last chapter or Annex II of Kant’s Perpetual Peace).
